Sirva Relocation data breach settlement

Checked Nov 6, 2026 on the official settlement site

Can I claim?

Yes, if you are in the class: anyone whose personal information may have been compromised in the September 2023 Sirva cyberattack; people who got a settlement notice are on the class list. Cash options depend on what was exposed (SSN group, other-PII group, or a third group with no flat cash option). File by Dec 29, 2026 (53 days left). The most one person can receive is $4,500, mostly for documented losses. Without receipts: instead of loss reimbursement: about $50 if your SSN was exposed, about $10 if other personal data (not SSN) was exposed; amounts can shrink if many people claim; the third subgroup gets no flat cash.
