Checked Nov 6, 2026

Can I claim?

Yes, if you are in the class: cash benefits go only to the 'damages class': about 258,070 U.S. residents whose Social Security numbers and other data were taken in the breach. A wider class of everyone whose data the company holds gets only security improvements. File by Nov 12, 2026 (6 days left). The most one person can receive is $3,000, mostly for documented losses. Without receipts: pro rata share of the net fund, no documents needed (instead of the loss claim).
