What happened
HotelsCombined's booking system was initially designed to allow accounts with only booking information access to also view card information. Hackers used phishing to steal accounts and created card information access accounts, exposing Korean users' names, email addresses, hotel booking details, and card information, and the leak was reported and notified with a delay.
